CATR’s air-end rebuilds include the installation of new bearings, gaskets, seals, re-metalizing and grinding of shafts and rotors(if required), repair to the front and rear housings(when necessary), and flushing of the lubrication system. Upon re-installation we will provide & install new filters, lubricant and separators. CATR can also assist with the removal of electric motors to allow customers to have them inspected, rewound, tropical baked, and new
bearings or seals. Normal turnaround on our rebuilds is 1-2 weeks for an average air-end, subject to parts availability.
